I like wearing many hats to move fast and be hands-on with the entire design process—from initial user research and rough sketches to creating polished, interactive prototypes. I love working with a team to figure out what users need and building a product that not only works well but feels good to use.

I led the design for our main interactive product demo, which was built for our enterprise customers. I handled everything from creating the entire design system from scratch to mapping out the user flows and adding the motion graphics that made it feel intuitive. A huge part of my role was working side-by-side with our engineers to make sure we built a great product and to help the whole team start using the new design system.

Product Designer&UX Researcher-TROY AI

At TROY AI, I led the end-to-end design of a reservation-management web app and widget. After validating pain points through 20 + operator interviews, I defined user flows and low-fidelity wireframes, then delivered pixel-perfect Figma prototypes and a scalable design system. Partnering with product and engineering in agile sprints, I managed iterative feedback and design QA. The platform is currently used in San Francisco and Bay Area by restaurants, enabling real-time reservation tracking and business-metric dashboards and processed over 1000 reservations and 10000 calls.
